WTCP Hartamas Height  is a user friendly system, easy to use solution that offers direct online submission of require support ticket in real-time. A problem ticket will be raised for each problem reported, and the problem ticket is then generated and tracked until the problem is fully resolved. It also facilitate visitor management features to both Management and Residents. Any visitor enter/exit to the residency shall be record accordingly. It also equipped with SOS alert button that can be trigger to get help. When SOS is press a notification will be trigger and sent to the guard house.
